The Next Level - Morning workouts!

Took things to another level by working out in the morning.  I’ve NEVER been a morning worker-outer…  today we gave it a try.   It wasn’t too bad.  We didn’t get up quite as early as we should have so it had to be a quick 2 miler.  I feel okay, except my neck and shoulder are bugging me.  Probably not related…

I did the stair routine with the girls.  It was fun.  Those stairs rocked us, but I’m actually not sore today, thanks to the fact that I’ve been running pretty regularly.

Walk to work

Haven’t been doing much working-out.  I found out I have high blood pressure yesterday.  I think it’s from too much coffee, my birth control pill and also stress.   I have to keep an eye on that.   I think I need to run and swim more and watch my salt intake.  I’m too young for this.  Hopefully today I can run after work and then swim tomorrow.
